HOA Dues:  $140 Month as of 1/1/2011

Includes:  Grounds maintenance, dumpster, Master structural insurance policy, sprinkler system, outside maintenance (repainting, re-roofing, etc.), Termite Warranty & Inspection – DOES NOT include outside decks/porches nor dryer vent cleanings.
