Community Home Trust works with our homeowners to address questions and concerns related to homeownership.  Here are some of the programs and support services available to Community Home Trust homeowners:

Stewardship Program

This program helps homeowners save for replacement of selected large items (i.e. HVAC systems, water heaters, etc.).

Approved Vendor List

Community Home Trust maintains a list of approved vendors. These vendors are insured, and Community Home Trust has inspected the quality of their work.

Resales

Resales are handled by our sales department.
