Our Property Manager Ian Morse has taken the guesswork out of the process for you! On a new page on our website, he has compiled a library of DIY videos he recommends for those home maintenance and repair projects you might want to try on your own. It’s divided up by category — Smoke Alarms, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Other — so you can easily jump right to the section you’re looking for and not have to scroll through endless search results. And at the bottom of the page, there’s a space for suggestions, so if you don’t see the DIY video you’re looking for, let us know and we’ll see what we can find.
