Wasps and Bats?

Homeowners, we’d like to remind you that spring is the time to protect your home from pests, particularly wasps and bats. In most cases, pest prevention is the responsibility of the individual homeowner and not your HOA.

CHT homeowners: we have also updated our Stewardship Fund page on our website to answer common questions about coverage and process. Take a look and reach out if you have questions!

Our impact film is now available to view online! Also available is the live recording of the panel discussion after the premiere.
