Congratulations to two families who closed on their CHT homes in July, with one more family under contract and expected to close soon.

We’re also excited to share that seven CHT homes are currently available and being matched with approved buyers, with three additional homes coming soon.

Meanwhile, construction at Homestead Gardens (site plan pictured) continues to make great progress. We look forward to celebrating the completion of this incredible collaborative development, which will provide permanently affordable homes for our community for years to come.
