Brand New Listings!

We have two brand new listings on our website for townhomes in the Stanat Place community on Homestead Road in Chapel Hill, within walking distance to Homestead Park and Homestead Aquatic Center, and just a short drive to schools, shopping, dining, UNC, and I-40. We will have four homes in this neighborhood, with the first two expected to be complete in April or May.

We’re Hiring!

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator who is passionate about using their talents to help people find safe, desirable housing they can afford. This role supports our outreach and engagement efforts by managing all communications channels, creating content, and representing Community Home Trust at events. The ideal candidate thrives both working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team, demonstrating efficiency and initiative to help more people in our community.

Apply to Be a Planning Ambassador

Do you notice changes happening in your neighborhood? Do you wonder, “why is that building taller than the others?” or “why does one part of Chapel Hill look different from another?” Do you like to learn and share new information? Do you want to earn some extra money?

If you answered yes to these questions, apply to be a Town of Chapel Hill Planning Ambassador.

Sign On to Support Housing Funding

The North Carolina Housing Coalition has written a letter to our elected officials expressing their concern over the proposed cuts to federal housing funds. Community Home Trust has signed the letter because we know how essential these funds are to ensuring everyone in our state has a safe place to live. Individuals who are opposed to these cuts are also invited to sign it.
