Welcome, Rachel!
Please join us in welcoming Rachel Cone to the Community Home Trust team! She joined us this week as Homebuyer Support Specialist and brings a diverse background with experience in accounting, early childhood literacy, and education.
Originally from Boston, Rachel has called North Carolina home for over 25 years and now resides in Chapel Hill. She has had the opportunity to work across Central America, including Belize (Peace Corps), Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Rachel is excited to bring her global perspective and expertise to our team.
A proud CHT homeowner since 2021, Rachel is passionate about supporting others through the homeownership process and helping candidates achieve the dream of owning a home.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, walking the beach, hanging out with her cat, puzzles, and more! She loves to discover new places to eat and experiences that connect her to different cultures and communities.
