We invite you to join us at the Town of Chapel Hill Town Council meeting on Wednesday, May 20 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall (405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.), where the Council will issue a proclamation recognizing CHT Day!

This year marks two exciting milestones for CHT – our 35th anniversary and surpassing 300 permanently affordable homes in our community land trust. We would love to celebrate this moment with the homeowners who make this work so meaningful.

We also hope you will join us in thanking the Town Council and the Town of Chapel Hill for their longstanding partnership and support. CHT has been able to grow and create attainable homeownership opportunities for local families because of the Town’s continued commitment to affordable housing and a thriving, inclusive community.
