Homeowner Responsibilities
Keep up with maintenance of your home to preserve your investment. CHT’s Stewardship Program and the Dowling Home Maintenance Fund are available to assist with you with necessary home maintenance.
Stay current on HOA dues (if applicable).

Ground Lease Reminders
You must live in your home, it cannot be rented out.
The CHT home must be your primary residence.
If you’re ready to move you must sell your home back to CHT, you cannot resell it on the private market. See our Resale page for more info.
