I’m excited to invite you to Community Home Trust’s Annual Meeting on Monday, December 1 at 6:30 PM. This year, the meeting will be held virtually.

At the meeting we’ll share a clear and friendly walkthrough of our finances, our accomplishments from the past year, and what we’re planning for the year ahead.

It’s the easiest way to stay connected to everything happening in our community. Our 2024-2025 Annual Report is now available as well, offering an in-depth look at what the work we’ve done together.

This meeting is also a great chance to join the conversation and ask questions. Your perspective helps guide our direction and makes our work stronger.

Prior to the meeting, CHT homeowners and tenants are invited to vote for the Board of Directors. Three board members are standing for election to a second term, and another board member who was recently appointed to fill an empty seat is up for a vote to affirm. Voting will be conducted online through November 30. All Community Home Trust homeowners and tenants are eligible to vote. We ask that you also vote to approve the minutes from last year’s annual meeting. Please cast your votes here.
