UPDATE 7/10/23: How a House Becomes a CHT Home
The model homes at Bridgepoint in Chapel Hill are open! Several of our staff members have had a chance to visit them, and if we weren’t already excited, boy are we now!
When the community is finished, CHT will have five brand new townhomes: four 3-bedroom homes, and one 4-bedroom. At 1500-1900 square feet, these will be some of the largest homes in our inventory.
If you want to visit the models, they’re open to the public Monday 2-6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday 12 noon-6 p.m. KB Home is also planning a grand opening celebration for the community on Saturday, July 22, 12 noon-3 p.m., and Community Home Trust will be there! Bridgepoint is located at 101 Golden Gate Lane in Chapel Hill, right off Homestead Road.
As a reminder, CHT’s homes in Bridgepoint will not be sold by the builder, KB Home. Instead, these homes will be sold the same way as the rest of our inventory: to eligible applicants to our affordable homeownership program. In fact, two Bridgepoint homes are already listed for sale on our website: 111 Sydney Harbor St. and 113 Golden Gate Ln!
