Community Home Trust and RailCare Health are partnering to offer this free health care event. Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is suggested. Everyone is welcome. Free services available include blood glucose screening, oral hygiene education, vitals screenings (blood pressure, vision, pulse, BMI), and more.
