As a Community Home Trust homeowner, you have a partner to help you make good decisions about matters affecting your home.

The Home Trust works with our homeowners to address questions and concerns related to homeownership.  Here are some of the programs and support services available to Home Trust homeowners:

Stewardship Program

This program helps homeowners save for replacement of selected large items (i.e. HVAC systems, water heaters, etc.).

Approved Vendor List

The Home Trust maintains a list of approved vendors. These vendors are  insured, and the Home Trust has inspected the quality of their work.
