Return on investment in remodels
In October 2020, we launched the Capital Improvement Incentive Program, a new program being offered to homeowners that allows them to receive a return on their investment in bathroom and kitchen remodels and window replacements.
The pilot phase of the program, open now, is available to homeowners living in homes that are at least ten years old. Please read the full program details and access the application form if you would like to participate in this first phase of the program.
The next phase of the program will include all homeowners. If you have been wanting to upgrade your kitchen and/or bathrooms and your home is less than ten years old, you will be able to participate on a prorated basis. If you want to be added to the interest list to receive more information once we move into this phase of the program, please email Caroline Veloso Oliveira. Also, if you have done renovations to your kitchen and/or bathroom in the past three years, we are able to apply the benefits of the program retroactively.
