Nominate a Neighbor!

At our Annual Meeting and Block Party on September 24, we’ll present the Deanna Carson Memorial Good Neighbor Award to one CHT resident who has been nominated by their peers as a great example of what it means to be a good neighbor. We need YOU to tell us who should receive the award! Read the details and nominate a neighbor today. And YES, you can nominate yourself or a member of your household!

Join Our Board of Directors!

Also during our Annual Meeting and Block Party, we will elect new members of our Board of Directors, including two CHT homeowners or tenants. Would you be willing to share your experience and perspective to help lead our organization? Learn more and apply to volunteer for our Board on our website.
