We are partnering with Taft Mills Group on the proposed Longleaf Trace development, located at 1708 Legion Road in Chapel Hill.
As envisioned, Longleaf Trace will provide 48 1- and 2-bedroom rental units. All of the units will be age restricted for seniors and affordable to households at or below 60% of Orange County AMI (Area Median Income). The development will include a clubhouse with a community room, kitchenette, fitness room, reading areas, and a computer center.
