Giving Tuesday
In just two weeks, we’ll celebrate this global day of generosity by collecting donations to replenish our Dowling Home Maintenance Fund. CHT in a New Report
The Lincoln Institute for Land Use has just released an extensive new policy focus report entitled, “Preserving Affordable Homeownership: Municipal Partnerships with Community Land Trusts.” We were pleased to be invited to contribute to this report, which features the important work of so many community land trusts like ours.
Upcoming Opportunities
Neighborhood Tour: Learn more about the communities where CHT residents live and see some examples of our homes for yourself. The neighborhood tour lasts approximately two hours and starts with coffee and conversation at our office. Space is limited and registration is required.
