This month, we welcomed a new team member at CHT: Sugey (pronounced soo-hey) Galvagni, who goes by Sue! Sue is our new Homeowner/Tenant Relations Coordinator whose primary role is working with our residents. So if you are a CHT homeowner or tenant, feel free to reach out to her with questions.

Sue was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to New York in 2000. In 2006, she began her career in community management as manager of a small property in Hackensack, New Jersey. She has always had a passion for service and caring for people, and she found community management to be the perfect place to share her focus on people and their homes. For the past five years, before joining the CHT team, Sue has been managing multifamily and single family properties in Wake County.

When Sue isn’t working, she loves to cook, plant herbs and vegetables, and “care for her little zoo,” that includes a mini-pincher, boxer, and cat. Sue says the perfect description of family is “the opportunity to build your little planet with people you love,” and her little planet includes her husband Tiago and her daughter Alexa. Sue says that “CHT is proof that people have choices and opportunities to become homeowners,” and she is excited to be part of the team that makes it happen.
