In this 2.5-hour class, we discuss the major systems of a home (e.g., heat-pump, furnace/air conditioner, hot water heater, etc.), typical maintenance, troubleshooting, and potential expenses. The class also is an opportunity to review the CHT Stewardship program and how it applies to your home.

Homeowners who attend the entire class receive a one-time $5 discount on their monthly Stewardship dues (per household). Priority will be given to CHT homeowners who bought in 2022 or later and those who have not attended a class before. We will also be giving away not 1 but 2 gift certificates to classes at the Home Repair Lab.
