UPDATE 11/21/23: How a House Becomes a CHT Home
Last month, we had the opportunity to do a pre-drywall inspection at one of our newest townhomes at Bridgepoint. If you’ve been following this journey, you’ll know that when the new townhome community is complete, CHT will have five brand new homes. So far, three are complete and have been sold; the pictures below are of the fourth home, in progress and ready for its new CHT homeowner sometime in early 2024.
During this inspection, CHT Property Manager Ian Morse met with a member of KB Home’s construction team to take a look at the progress being made on the home so far and to learn important details about the structure behind the walls before the walls are constructed. We’re excited to see what this home will look like when it’s completed and can’t wait for a new CHT homeowner to move in!
As a reminder, CHT’s homes in Bridgepoint are not being sold by the builder, KB Home. Instead, these homes are being sold the same way as the rest of our inventory: to eligible applicants to our affordable homeownership program.
