This information session, conducted by the City of Durham via Zoom, is required of all lenders interested in working with the Durham DPA Program. This is in addition to the CHT lender information sessions conducted monthly. All lenders must attend this session, whether or not they have already attended a CHT session. Please bring any questions about the program guidelines to this session.
