Because you are looking into purchasing a home through Community Home Trust (CHT), We are required to discuss the Working With Real Estate Agents Brochure with you (explanation below). This is not a contract, but only a disclosure. There are different ways an agent can represent a buyer or seller. There is a ‘Seller’s Agent’ that represents the seller only. They are looking out for the best interests of the seller. There is a ‘Buyer’s Agent’ that represents the buyer only. They are looking out for the best interests of the buyer. There is ‘Dual Agency’ that represents both the buyer and the seller. The agent must treat both buyers and sellers equally and fairly. Both parties can prohibit dual agents from divulging certain confidential information to the other party. The agent’s loyalty is shared between the buyer and the seller. CHT does not represent the buyer or the seller. We legally represent ourselves in each transaction. This allows us to act as a neutral party, by providing the same level of service to both the buyer and the seller. We do not share confidential information about either party, and we do not share loyalty. We do share our expertise and experience with both the buyer and the seller. We do not charge any fees for this service.

In order to process your application, we need 3 months of bank statements and 3 months of paystubs. We cannot review your application until this information is received. You can email it to dcarson@communityhometrust.org OR bring it to our office M-F between 8:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m. Additional documentation will be required prior to purchasing a home.
